Born 1982 in Umuahia, Abia state where his mother comes from and his father from Delta state Nigeria. The young Michael Collins’ family relocated to Lagos where he went through primary, secondary and high school. It was in secondary school that he first acquired the moniker, Don Jazzy. His dad had a background in music business entrepreneurship and was at the fore front of veterans who worked untiringly for the establishment of professional artiste management and corporate music business structures in Nigeria. Although Don Jazzy followed a conventional educational path, he very quickly developed a passion for music and started playing the drums before the age of 4. He went on to start experimenting with various instruments at a tender age, a trait that was to become the hallmark of his later career.

Hadiza Blell simply known as Di’Ja or Aphrodija, is a Sierra Leonean-Nigerian recording artiste, visual artiste and song writer. She grew up in Sierra Leone, Nigeria, USA, Canada; Raised in a family where great emphasis was placed on the value of formal education, Di’ja committed herself to the academics and earned two university degrees at a very young age. Sidney Onoriode Esiri (born 1
May 1980 in Ikeja, Lagos state, Nigeria), known commonly as Dr SID is a
Nigerian singer-songwriter and dentist, who is originally from Delta
state, but was raised in Lagos. His mother a successful fashion designer
and his father the legendary actor Justus Esiri who is a Member of the
Order of the Niger (MON), and famous for his role as the Village
Headmaster a Nigerian sitcom popular in the 1980s. The second child of 4
children from an early age he had his heart set on becoming an
entertainer. However his life took a different course graduating from
the Nigerian Air force Secondary school Ikeja, SID went on to the
University of Ibadan (UI) to study Dental Surgery. During his school
years, his passion for entertainment could not be hidden as he took part
in school plays, dance competitions and concerts winning numerous
awards along the way.![]() These Nigerian all round entertainers are motivated and creative individuals who broke into the music scene and officially kicked off their music career after winning the prize for “Best Upcoming Teen Artiste” in the Nigerian Teen Choice Awards in 2013. They continued on this trajectory and went on to compete in popular talent shows like X-factor and The Voice Nigeria where they finished top 7 and Top 12 respectively. ![]() He is a folk/alternative singer, songwriter, producer, and sound engineer. He started out music from his father’s Church at a very early age, and learned to sing around his siblings especially his older sister. He then went on to teach himself music production around 2006 when he first began using cassette recorders. ![]() After rising to prominence as an affiliate of rap duo Show Dem Camp, the Lagos-based emcee forged his solo path with fan favorites “Ko Ye Won” and “Gbe Sile”, before becoming a breakout star with hit single “Adore Her”. Poe has been widely recognized for his flow and technical skill as a rapper, drawing comparisons to artists like J. Cole and Drake from fans and critics alike. His music is often marked by witty one-liners or punchlines, which he trademarked as “lifelines” for their depth and delivery. ![]() At 7, he began performing on stages and entered his school talent competition at the age of 13, and placed first. Taking to singing and performing as a career path, he started performing at local venues and began building a cult following. ![]() At 15, Reekado started writing songs as a simple hobby. His older brother, Temi, an aspiring A&R/Artist Manager discovered his book of lyrics and began to guide young Reekado on how to make and record music. Soon after, he decided to do music professionally, and got the support of family and friends, which further propelled him to go ahead with music. ![]() ![]() ![]() As a keyboardist in his church choir, Altims quickly discovered how to make beat with Keyboard, after reading the entire manual.
