Vader, 62, whose real name is Leon White had been diagnosed with congestive heart failure back in 2016 and was told by doctors that he only had two years to live.
But all thanks to God, Vader proved the doctors wrong and he's still living. "They had me but I KICKED out 2," Vader said on social media over the weekend.
Sharing the photo of his scar, he wrote: ' They had me but I KICKED out 2 The surgeon confessed he had A few to many that's why the scar is off centerer I OWE THAT MAN MY LIFE THANK U JESUS.'
Big Van Vader is an American semi-retired professional wrestler, small-time actor and former professional football player. He most notably performed for New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), World Championship Wrestling (WCW), the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), and All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW) during the 1990s and 2000s. White, who gained legendary status in Japan, is widely regarded as one of the greatest super heavyweight wrestlers ever.
